Shipping policy

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. As we improve our understanding of the legal landscape around customs, duties, etc., we'll try to add additional countries.

Please note: we may hold orders 1-2 days to bundle trips to the shipping carrier. 

We're local; do we have to pay for shipping?

As a small, home-based business, we aren't currently offering a local pickup option for the general public.

However, if you are a friend of the family and might reasonably be at our house, run into one of us at a neighborhood picnic, at a school event, during a playdate etc., please use the code localfriendpickup to avoid shipping charges.

How can I tell if I qualify?

This isn't meant to be a gatekeeping exercise who is considered a good enough friend! But if the code is used as an attempted work-around for free shipping and we don't know who you are well enough to pick it up in-person, your order will be canceled 😉
